Scope of the diagnosisThe initial analysis covers up to three internal processes per area. It does not include the review of network infrastructure or data security auditing. If your operation requires that level of detail, we will indicate it before starting.

Integrated toolsWe work with standard commercial AI platforms and documented public APIs. We do not develop proprietary models or train algorithms from scratch. For very specific needs, we separately assess the feasibility of custom development.

Data and privacyThe data you share during the implementation process is used solely to configure the automations. We do not transfer it to third parties or use it to train models. Upon contract completion, we delete the copies stored in our test environments.

Team trainingWe include two training sessions for each automated workflow. Supporting material remains available in digital format. If you need additional sessions or printed material, it is quoted as a complementary service.

Subsequent maintenanceThe adjustment warranty covers thirty days from launch. After that period, we offer an optional monthly support plan. Updates to external platforms may require adaptations that are not included in the initial fee.

DeliverablesEach project concludes with a configuration document, an internal user manual, and the functional code or workflow in the environment we define together. We do not provide access to AI providers' systems or third-party software licenses.
