Before using Nexora's automation tools and consulting services, please carefully read the terms that govern access, product usage, and the relationship between the parties.
Nexora provides consulting services in digital transformation, integration of artificial intelligence tools, and automation of work processes. The specific scope of each service is defined in the commercial proposal or the contract signed with the client, and does not extend to activities other than those described therein.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their processes, systems, and needs. They are also responsible for having the necessary permissions for Nexora to access the platforms and data involved in the project. Lack of cooperation or the delivery of incomplete data may delay the agreed timelines.
Nexora does not guarantee that AI tools will completely eliminate human errors or that results will be infallible. The implementation of automations is carried out according to industry best practices, but the client assumes final responsibility for operational decisions based on the reports or recommendations provided. Nexora is not liable for indirect damages arising from the misuse of the products.
Reports, methodologies, configurations, and materials developed specifically for the client become their property once fully paid. Nexora's pre-existing tools, internal templates, and know-how remain the exclusive property of the company and are not transferred with the provision of the service.
The service agreement is effective from the acceptance of the proposal until the completion of the agreed deliverables. Either party may terminate the contract for material breach by the other party, upon prior written notice with a fifteen-day period. In the event of early termination, the client pays for services actually rendered up to the closing date.
Nexora may update these terms to reflect changes in applicable regulations or service operations. Modifications will be published on this page and will take effect thirty days after publication. If the client continues to use the services after that period, they are deemed to accept the new terms.
